Our Philosophy 

Having been in the financial planning/financial services industry for 15+ years now, I find the majority of consumers can lack the understanding necessary to make an informed decision about their housing needs -and really, most should be. Not everyone typically buys or sells a home on a daily basis. Taking advice from a friend, relative, etc. is okay to a point but, this is your money we are talking about here. When you leave the closing table, it's YOUR money that's been invested. We take pride in knowing this and we make sure it's working it's hardest for YOU!   Let's face it, buying a home is a big event and, by not structuring it correctly in the beginning, it can end up costing you thousands extra up front and literally tens of thousands over time.

Our Goal

Our goal is simple, to better educate those consumers so they not only know what products they are choosing, but why!  A home is perhaps the greatest investment one will ever make in a lifetime and real estate is a great alternative/addition to stock market investing for building wealth. A Brief History

My name is Michael Schindler.  I started in the financial services industry 15 years ago as a stock broker/financial consultant.  I eventually migrated to the banking sector and became a branch manager with a local bank.  Later, I opened a mortgage branch with Premier Mortgage Funding, Inc. (they since have filed for bankruptcy).   My wife and I started CTC Properties, LLC for our rental properties.  We help people become educated and prepared to buy a home. We personally own rental properties and understand the pro's and con's of buying and selling real estate and being landlords.  We are not realtors nor loan officers; we are experienced investors that are here to help you in any capacity you need.  Now is the best time to look at buying real estate but, before you jump in and do it, we make sure you are educated about this industry-as this is perhaps the biggest purchase you will ever make!
